By Tube/Bus from Central London:
Take the Northern Line (High Barnet Branch) to Highgate. Walk 100m to Muswell Hill Road. Take any Bus which goes up the hill to the last stop on Muswell Hill Broadway. At the roundabout take the first left into Queen's Avenue. Immediately to your left, at the back of the corner shop and the side of the local library, is a small road, Avenue Mews.
100m on your left is Muswell Healing Arts, no 169 (opposite the private car park). Take the stairs up to the conservatory style reception.

By Car from Central London:
Take the A400 through Camden and Kentish Town to Archway, turn left into the A1 (Archway Road), after Highgate Tube Station turn right into Muswell Hill Road, which after 1 mile turns into Muswell Hill Broadway. At the roundabout take the first left into Queen's Avenue where you have to park your car. There is no parking on Avenue Mews which is the first small road off to the left, at the back of the corner shop and the side of the local library. 100m on your left is Muswell Healing Arts, no 169. Take the stairs up to the conservatory style reception.

By Car:
Take the A10 (Great Cambridge Road) North, direction Hertford. At the junction of the M25 take the 2nd exit on the roundabout to continue on the A10. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit marked Waltham Cross (A121 Winston Churchill Way). At the next roundabout again take the 3rd exit, leading to the High Street. Stanhope Road is approximately 100 metres/yards on the left, opposite Wickes. Next to the Waltham Cross Clinic (blue and white building), further into the carpark is the Stanhope Road Surgery. Park in the car park and take a seat inside the surgery in the bay window seating area.

By Train:
Take the train to Waltham Cross. When leaving the station follow the signs that lead you down Station Approach toward the town centre. To cross the roundabout you have to use the pedestrian subway, which will bring you out at the KFC. Turn right towards the pedestrianised High Street, and at the monument (by HSBC) turn right again. At the end of the High street, is another pedestrian subway which you have to cross. You emerge on the corner of Stanhope Road. Stanhope Road Surgery is on your left, past the blue and white building of Waltham Cross Clinic. (10-15 minute walk). Take a seat in the bay window seating area.
